1. Assist with the pre-approval - the first and crucial step is the pre-approval. She will guide you through the whole process.

2. Choosing a home that matches the criteria and budget - Knowing her client’s needs and wants is especially important to Amelia. Keeping to her client’s budget is also a priority for her as she assists her clients in choosing the perfect house for them.

3. Making the offer - Amelia will assist you to be a well-educated buyer which puts her clients in a strong negotiating position.

4. Accepted offer to Closing - From the accepted offer to closing and beyond, she will be present and available!
